In accordance with Governor Lombardo’s executive orders 2023-003 and 2023-004, NVBPELS is reviewing regulations in Chapter 625 of Nevada Administrative Code. As part of the public process required by Nevada law, we are conducting a business impact survey and we need your input.
The survey will be used to gather feedback from businesses on potential impacts of proposed repeals and amendments to Chapter 625 of the Nevada Administrative Code. The regulations to be reviewed are varied, so the survey is divided into 3 categories:
- Regulations Relating to Licensure and Examinations
- Regulations Relating to Professional Land Surveying
- Miscellaneous Regulations
The survey is geared toward business owners, operating officers, principals, and general managers. But we also want input from all stakeholders.
Your feedback will be included in a business impact report which will be part of the public record.
