Parts 1 and 2 are presentations focused on the newest regulatory changes that all well drillers must be aware of to avoid demerits against their licenses. Part 3 is a presentation designed to assist in passing the written and oral examination to become a licensed well driller. All water right professionals, water right surveyors, office managers and well drillers are encouraged to attend to become familiar with the newest regulatory requirements and to steer clear of costly and time-delaying mistakes when filing paperwork, such as waivers, NOI cards, well driller’s reports, applications to appropriate or change underground water, environmental applications and monitoring well waivers. Students will gain knowledge that can provide an extra boost to their resumes.

*This class is also designed to satisfy the regulatory requirement for the two required classes that must be taken every other well driller’s license renewal period. In addition, licensed professionals will be able to earn 4.0 continuing education units (CEUs).
