Electronic Submittals and Digital Signatures

In 2020, the Nevada Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors organized a task force to create an Electronic Submittal and Digital Signature Guide.

This guide would establish uniform practices and procedures for professionals and agencies as they moved to paperless submittals.

In 2025, the Board created an instructional video as a companion to the written guide to further assist licensees who are not familiar with paperless submittals in the state of Nevada. Links to both are provided below.
