Engineering design and construction services for Humboldt Lander south main replacement project.

The construction of a 294 acre-ft detention basin with two inflow storm drains, and an outfall storm storm drain that transitions to a concrete lined open channel. Constructing and widening of Silverado Ranch Boulevard from Arville Street to Dean Martin Drive. Improvements include milling, asphalt and UTACS, striping, signing, storm drain, streetlights, sidewalk, medians, and related appurtenances.

Roadway improvements for three (3) separate roadway construction contracts, Sandhill Road from Sunset Road to Desert Inn Road, Spencer Street from Russell Road to Twain Avenue and Carey Avenue from Pecos Road to Nellis Boulevard. Such improvements are to include, at a minimum, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement providing two (2) to six (6) travel lanes, a two-way left-turn lane with raised medians, storm drainage facilities, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, streetlighting, traffic signals, utility modifications and relocations, traffic control devices, pavement markings, intersecting streets, horizontal and vertical transitions, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable Project within a 80 to 100 foot right-of-way, except where additional lanes may be required.

Professional services for design to replace HVAC roof top unit A13. Design will include complete mechanical, architectural electrical, controls, specifications and construction administration

In general, this project consists of sewer interceptor relocation in the downtown area on Fourth Street between Virginia Street and Center Street. This project also includes upsizing an existing sewer interceptor on Oddie Boulevard east of Silverada Boulevard. It further includes upsizing a sewer main through and near the intersection of Lemmon Drive and Sky Vista Drive.

Construct a 294 acre detention basin with two inflow storm drains, both consisting of large reinforced concrete boxes and a concrete reinforce box outfall storm drain that transitions to a concrete lined open channel and widening of Silverado Ranch Blvd. from Arville St. to Dean Marting Dr., including milling, hot mix, UTACS, laterals, SW, SLs, ITS conduits, SW medians.

Silverado Ranch widening from Jones Blvd. to Arville St. (Phase A) and Decatur Blvd. From Gary Ave. to approx. 700-ft south of Silverado Ranch Blvd. to accommodate two 11′ lanes, each direction, 12′ raised median, 4′ to 8′ paved shoulders, ITS conduit, storm drainage. Including milling, hot mix, UTACS, CCRFD facilities, including Decatur Blvd. drain, drop inlets, manholes, storm drain pipes.

Engineering services for Spring Creek Well 6 & 7 pH adjustment.

Ashley & Vance was selected to provide civil engineering services for the Robert “Bob” Crowell Multi-Purpose Athletic Center (MAC) west parking lot.

Lumos has been selected to provide materials testing services for the Ross Gold Park ADA Restroom Renovation Project.

Lumos has been selected to provide professional structural engineering services associated with the design of the new baffles and eyebrows at the existing range facility.

Construction Management, Material Testing, and Inspection Services

RO Anderson has been selected to provide surveying services in order for Carson City Public Works to complete the design of the corporate yard parking lot project.

The project scope includes, topographic field survey and right-of-way investigation along Colorado Street between S. Carson Street and Saliman Road.

NCE has been selected to provide design of drainage improvements for the intersection of Sneddon Way and Carmine St. to connect to a new stown drain alignment on Nichols Lane.
