NWRA – Legislative Updates with the Nevada State Engineer

As legislators convene and work on legislation, the State Engineer is called upon to communicate the feasibility and limitations of different proposals and to make recommendations for pragmatic solutions. In this talk, Acting Nevada State Engineer Adam Sullivan will discuss outcomes of the 2021 Legislature and consequences for water rights in Nevada.
