Firm Registration, Annual Renewal and Administration
Overview
Whether you are a professional, the principal of a firm, a firm administrator, or a third-party compliance administrator, our online system allows you to register and administer your firm. The annual fee for firm registration and renewal is $50.00, and all payments are made online.
Firm Registration is Required
Every business entity planning to advertise, bid on, and ultimately provide engineering or land surveying services in Nevada must register with the Nevada Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. (NAC 625.425) (NRS 625.177) (NRS 625.179)
One Exception
- A Natural Person (example: someone doing business as John Doe, PE or John Doe, PLS) is not required to register as a firm with the board before providing services.

- Register a firm
- Renew a firm registration
- Update a firm registration
- Request a Business Name Authorization
- Access, print and download your firm certificate
- Access and view your firm’s historical information, including initial firm registration date and payment history
